If you are struggling with clutter in your home, but need more support and encouragement than a book or article can give you, Mindful Clutter Clearing is for you! This is a powerful opportunity to make a change in your life for the better; gain space, time, and clarity in your home and life; and form lasting connections with a supportive and nurturing group of people who are working towards the same goals.

During this seven-week e-course, we will delve deeply into the emotional reasons behind the clutter in your home and life, take action clearing the clutter through weekly homework assignments, and get one-on-one advice and feedback through a supportive, private Facebook group.

Laura, I absolutely loved your course. I made a list of things that are different since starting your class and thought I’d share: (I’m sure there are more but this is the quick 60 second version) NO new piles! Paper comes in and it’s gone in 24 hours. That’s really big for me. And to think it’s been happening for 7 weeks! I’m so happy. ... 8 hours of sleep almost every night! Cleaning up kitchen EVERY night before I go to bed! LOVE this as well. Evaluating my clothes every day, small steps at a time. In Deep Storage Boot Camp, we will be using mindfulness techniques and gentle, emotional support to help you finally tackle one 'deep storage' area of your choosing, such as an attic, basement, garage, closet, storage unit, or a packed-to-the-gills spare room. Through daily lessons (with breathing space over the weekends), weekly podcasts, and a printable workbook, you will learn how to overcome the fear of getting started by breaking down the work into doable mini-bites, handle items (like family photographs and mementos) that bring up intense emotions, and strengthen your decision-making 'muscle' so that your clutter clearing work can become quicker and easier.
